Boondall Suburb Profile, Boondall is a suburb of Brisbane and is located approximately 13.5 kilometres  north of Brisbane close to Moreton Bay. It contains a mix of older established homes as well as a number of newer properties 10 to 20 years old. The majority of the older homes are weather board type with newer homes being brick and tile. 

Boondall is located west of Zillmere slightly south east of Bracken Ridge and Bald Hills

A residential zone, Boondall is home to a mix of young and established families and retirees.


Boondall has very good access to the Gateway Arterial Road Network which provides road access to the airport (10 minutes) the Brisbane CBD via the Gateway and Tunnel network as well as access to the Northern Suburbs, the Sunshine Coast, the Southern Suburbs and the Gold Coast.

The suburb is also serviced by the local rail network with trains running to thye Brisbane CBD.

The suburb also contains the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
